NAME:Sintered NdFeB Magnets

TOPMAG magnets are primarily made of iron, boron, and rare earth elements (principally neodymium), are the worlds strongest and highest-performance magnets.TOPMAG has made possible smaller and more advanced electronic devices than ever before.

TOPMAG was a pioneer in the field of magnetic technology. and has continuously met industry's needs for advanced magnets and technology, including reliable surface processing techniques. With TOPMAG, we created a new class of mass-produced magnet, and the N55 series has been successful in development and can be produced in small batches.

NdFeB Magnet have corrosion potential and are easily oxidized in the normal temperature. In order to overcome this weakness while maximize magnetisiom of NdFeB sintered magnet.there is a great need of plating film with high corrosion resistance environmentally. Moreover, the magnet's reliability has been improved considerably due to the application of surface treatment technologies such as aluminum and nickel coating. When it comes to surface treatment, greater importance is now attached not only to corrosion-resistance performance but also to such factors as adhesive durability andinsulation quality, the requirements for magnets used in motors. These products are used by customers with confidence.

In order to increase the corosion resistance of the magnets and to meet the designated surface demands,we have developed its own plating solutions and apply them different magnet related products and provided magnets with the following coating layers.

The coating thickness shown above is a standard value and the optimum coating thickness varies depending on service conditions and other factors.

Our surface treatment technology is in compliance with international environmental standards, such as the RoHS directive and the ELV directive.

If you need surface treatment, please let us know before hand because we have to choose appropriate treatment processes and product types according to applications, the specific usage environment and required characteristics.
