The Injection magnets adopt injection process, improve the magnet internal uniformity, magnet magnetic consistency is better;

According to the different magnetic powder injection magnets, have NdFeB magnetic powder, SmCo magnetic powder, permanent Ferrite magnetic powder (BaO.6Fe2O3SrO.6Fe2O3)and the former three different proportions mixed magnetic powder.

The characteristics are as follows:

1.good rigidity and tenacity;

2.isotropic and anisotropic, its (BH) max range from 1MGOe to 12 MGOe;

3.thermoplastic resin PA6‘s maximum operating temperature can amount to 140 ℃, PA12 up to 120 ℃, PPS can reach 180 ℃;

4.The Injection anisotropy NdFeB magnet (BH) max is up to 12 MGOe, Br can reach 7.5 KGs.

The injection magnets are mainly used for DC motors, spindle motors for DVD players, stepping motor on scanner and vibration motor for mobile phone, brakes on digital cameras and different kinds of sensing devices etc.
